Currently there are about three hundred employees in our company, nearly thirty percent of them are professional engineers or technicians, and the core members have more than twenty years experience in alloy wheel industry.

We have advanced production equipment and a sound detection system. The main production equipment includes: 2 sets of energy-saving smelting furnace, 40 gravity casting machines, 2 sets of continuous heat-treatment line, 50 sets of CNC machining equipment, 60 sets of forging equipment, 1 set of flow forming production line, 4 sets of fully automatic coating line. The detection equipment includes: Spectrum analyzer, X-ray detection machine, dynamic balancing machine, leak testing machine, salt spray testing machine, impact testing machine, radial fatigue testing machine, bending fatigue testing machine, etc...

Our producing process is strictly followed by GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001: 2015 / IATF 16949 quality management system, and our products are in full compliance with requirements of TUV and VIA.
